Nothing in the world is more important than family and leaving your family a legacy. So standing at 5 foot 1 inches tall , I (Jillian) decided to do just thought. I decided to go into the Real Estate Business when I was only 18 years old. I knew at that young age I wanted to create something huge, and thought to myself how can I do something that is larger than myself. I immediately decided I would study everything about the real estate business and become the very best I could be at it. I poled clients and asked them what they loved and hated about their real estate agents in the past and decided those would be the things I would work the most on. I prided myself on customer service and exceeding all of my clients expectations. I then developed a team. At 22 years old I had the largest producing real estate team in the nation. But I still wanted more. I wanted to be the #1 Realtor in Las Vegas and give back to the community at the same time. I married my husband at 24 years old and had our 3 beautiful Children, (now) Isabella 11, Olivia 8 and Jaxson 6. My husband James Batchelor joined my real estate team 5 years ago and we decided to open our own office. During this time we worked endlessly on creating a legacy that our children and clients would be proud to be apart of. In 2013 I entered in a leadership Program with the Nevada Association of Realtors and joined multiple committee's with the Greater Las Vegas Association of realtors including Political affairs committee and Market conditions committee and in 2013 I was elected Women's Council of Realtors President elect. Being part of these committee's and organizations helped to make me a better more informed Realtor and helped my committee's to effect change on the Nevada housing policy. As a team I am happy to announce that James Batchelor and I rank in the top 1% of Realtor's Nationwide and locally and Real Trends Magazine named myself, Jillian Batchelor the #1 woman in real estate for Las Vegas in 2014.
As a family we have vowed to teach our children community service and giving back to the community you live in. So every monday night we feed the homeless with Father Mcshane on the corner of G st. and Mcwilliams. This has helped really bond us to the community. We also volunteer as a family at Three Square food bank and St. Jude's organization.
We can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because we are experienced, because we are professionals . . .and because we care.
